Age of Chicken: 35 – 45 days minimum at time of slaughter.
Shelf Life: 12 months from production date.

- Storage at: minus 18 degrees Celsius.

PROCEDURES
1) BUYER ISSUES ICPO including buyer`s bank references TO END SELLER VIA BRUNO SANTOS
BORDALLO + BUYER PASSPORT COPY + NCND / IMFPA + COMISSION GRID + IMPORT
LICENCE.
Buyer need send me ICPO + NCND + IMFPA + COMISSION GRID + IMPORT LICENSE
ICPO TO END SELLER via BRUNO SANTOS BORDALLO.
ICPO with permission of SOFT PROBE.
NCND and IMFPA signed and sealed by buyer.
NCND with buyer passport.
The commission will be paid by the seller provider.
ICPO with:
o Detailed Requirement
o Restrictions
o Asked Quantities
o Delivery Schedule
o Destination Ports
o Issuing Bank name
2) Within 3 days Seller or Seller Mandate issues FCO (if LOI) or SPA Draft (if ICPO).
3) Within 5 days Buyer confirms his acceptance by RWA Letter and returns FCO or SPA Draft with:
o Seal and Sign;
o Copy of his frozen chicken import license (including English Language);
o Copy of signatory passport;
o Signed, sealed and completed NCNDA;
o Model/template L/C (trial order) and model of IRDLC or SBLC (contract) for seller/seller
bank acceptance;
o NOTA: If there is any doubt a Bank to Bank Bank Confort Letter will be asked.
4) Within 3 days seller issues final contract with full banking coordinates.
5) Buyer and Seller sign and exchange final contracts with registered plant SIF Number.
6) Once SPA is signed and sealed by each side, buyer receives his Invoice and opens his L/C
according his previous L/C draft.
Once buyer LC is registered/validated, production or loading can start for the next delivery
(within 45 days if production);
o DLC concerning trial order;
o For yearly contract, an Irrevocable Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit or a Stand
By Letter of Credit for yearly contract (irrevocable confirmed unconditional divisible
totally released) by a Top World Bank, on one month value and valid for 14 months;
each shipment will be paid by separate SWIFT MT 103 against set of shipping
documents.
7) Payment is released against Product Spec Sheet and Shipping documents.
NOTES:
* For Mainland China, the final SIF number can be known at Invoice issuing;
* The poultry production process can start only if Buyer`s L/C is fully validated by Seller Bank;
* A plant visit can be planned after L/C opening;
* For winning time a copy of Buyer`s import license is the best way.
* Update: for all seekers able to prove they are chicken importers, we can manage plant visit in Brazil.
Then they will have to make their order and partial payment.
* For PRC, updated past B/L or SIF certificates will be forwarded after signing final SPA, NOT
BEFORE.
* As previously notified a plant visit can be planned only after payment instrument opening.
* As initially notified, $10/MT are included for commission on buyer side.
* LOI, ICPO, NCND that do not comply with our terms and procedures are ignored.
